Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at greendevel@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within  5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as [e.g., perishable goods, gift cards, intimate apparel], cannot be returned. Please check the product page for details.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at greendevel@outlook.com.
